Withy King is a rapidly expanding legal practice positioned within the M4 Corridor and London with our principal offices in Bath, Swindon and Oxford. We are regarded as a dynamic and ambitious practice offering a City quality service. We advise on a wide range of areas of law and our belief in providing comprehensive services extends to both business owners and private clients. Our commercial teams advise regional, national and international business organisations, including PLCs, Public Sector and Privately owned companies.
Types of Work:
Services to Individuals: Family, Private Client, Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, Property Services
Services to Businesses: Commercial Property, Corporate, Employment, Commercial Dispute Resolution, Construction.
Training Programme:
Trainees are provided with a full and comprehensive induction programme including a buddy to support them during their first seat.
During your training contract you will receive pastoral care from your Department Head and Supervisors as well as the Training Principal. The Withy King Training Programme is made up of 4 seats each lasting 6 months, allowing the Trainee to gain experience in contentious and non contentious work. Trainees will work within Partner led teams sharing the teams workload.
End of Seat Appraisals are provided to ensure clear and constructive feedback is given in order to help grow and develop.
Wherever possible Withy King will always try and retain their trainees; in fact many of our current Partners trained with the Firm.
Who Should Apply:
We are looking for highly enthusiastic, ambitious, innovative individuals who are dedicated, pro active and commercially aware. Ideally candidates should have a minimum of a 2:2 in any discipline.
