We can provide comprehensive suites of standard documents or, where appropriate, bespoke documents, tailored to achieving your particular commercial objectives.
PFI/PPP
Our recent PFI/PPP experience involves advising on projects in the fields of health, education, defence and local government. We are currently advising the defence contractor Aspire on the PFI procurement of £1.1 billion of construction work to provide living and working accommodation for 18,000 military and civilian personnel across various sites, from Aldershot to Salisbury Plain.
NHS LIFT
We have achieved national recognition for our work in advising contractor clients on the varying construction risks associated with NHS LIFT projects and the related facilities management interface. Projects include advising on LIFT schemes in Bristol, Oxford, Dudley and various schemes in London, having a combined construction value of over £100m.
