Listening to our clients’ needs, we have structured our advisory service to be as flexible as possible, so you get precisely what you need, rather than wasting money on 'extras' which add little or no value. Some clients instruct us on an ad-hoc, issue-driven basis. However, many others take advantage of our fixed-fee retainer service.

The retainer service ensures you will receive proactive, unlimited advice and support. This usually covers telephone, email or face-to-face support, together with employment contract and policy reviews, and access to a cost-effective suite of standard documents.

The fee for this service is agreed annually and can be paid in four or twelve instalments, spread over the year, giving you the ability to fix your costs and budget efficiently.
