WK HR Solutions is an outsourced HR Service that has the business expertise to deliver tailored and flexible HR services to meet the needs of our clients and is part of the range of services provided by Withy King.

Who We Are

Our team is managed by Carole Yearsley, FCIPD and Malcolm Gregory, Partner and comprises of both HR & Employment Law Experts who can deliver practical solutions to your business.
 
What makes us unique is the experience that both Carole and Malcolm bring to their clients. When you pick up the phone or email WK HR you will be speaking to them and not someone who does not know you, your company or the history of your case (we are not a call centre).

What We Do
 
WK HR can provide effective solutions by working in partnership with you to provide specific expertise.
 
Our services include advising on business transfer/TUPE issues, compromise agreements, disciplinary/dismissal procedures, discrimination issues, policies and procedures, remuneration and benefits issues and statutory rights.
