Having listened to clients’ feedback about their business needs we have restructured our advisory service to be as flexible as possible. We now offer a fixed fee service aimed at providing clients with the level of support appropriate for their business; from access to unlimited telephone advice.

The following sets out a short summary of the key features and benefits of the fixed fee services for your information.

Typical HR support package would include:
  • Review and update on all staff contracts of employment
  • Provide telephone and email advice on day-to-day HR and employment law issues
  • Dispute management and advice by dedicated HR professionals and employment law experts
  • Drafting compromise agreements and negotiating them on your behalf
  • Audit of current policies and procedures and preparation of all statutory documentation to include:
  • Disciplinary and grievance procedure
  • Dealing with harassment & bully policy
  • Equal opportunities
  • Family friendly policies, i.e. maternity, paternity, etc.
  • Working Time regulations
  • Sickness & Absence management and procedures
  • Periodic invitations to HR and employment law seminars and workshops
  • 10% discount on our fees for assisting you in defending any employment tribunal claims or employment protection insurance
  • 20% discount on open training courses;
  • Monthly employment law bulletin 
  • Quarterly review meetings with HR Consultant
