We offer a HR consultancy service that covers a fuller range of services, across a number of market sectors. The service is designed primarily for businesses that wish to outsource some or all of their in-house HR function or want help with a one off project needing HR expertise.

A collaborative partnership aimed at proactively supporting clients in respect of all employment issues including advising on strategic and operational issues to ensure the smooth running of their business.

In addition, we can also support those who simply need some additional resource from time to time (for example, when your team is overworked or under-resourced on a specific project). Our consultants can work at your premises or remotely, and you will find our rates competitive and flexible.
 
At the beginning we would work with you to consider and agree your business needs – current and future. It would be from here that we would recommend the most appropriate way forward.  
And, by keeping you up-to-date with best practice, current legislation we will ensure that you know what needs to be done now and plan for the future.  
 
Our HRM activities will enable you to:
