At Withy King, we recognise the need to be pro-active in relation to dispute resolution, and we understand that taking a dispute to Court can be an expensive and time consuming exercise with many negative consequences. We offer an alternative solution – mediation services.

Mediation is an extremely effective method of resolving disputes between two or more parties. You may have many questions relating to the mediation process which we can help you with, but it is important to understand that it is a confidential process whereby a third party mediator seeks to facilitate a settlement between the parties in dispute.

Given it’s flexible nature, mediation allows parties to express their feelings and views in addition to their legal position in a way that litigation and ordinary negotiation may not provide.
