How does Mediation work?
Withy King Mediation Services is a graded-fee mediation services package aimed at parties to a dispute whether they are legally represented or not. We are able to accept joint instructions from the parties to a dispute with a view to providing a mediation service for a fee that is known in advance and agreed by the parties. We are also able to offer venue facilities if required at prices to be agreed with the parties in advance of the mediation.
