At Withy King we are committed to providing our clients with a full legal service. To that end, we have a small but experienced criminal law team which complements and supports larger departments.

We recognise that clients or their families can be involved in criminal matters. Prosecution may not be the issue - you might be the victim of a crime, or be asked to attend court as a witness, and want to talk to an experienced practitioner to understand your rights, and the procedures involved.

We deal with prosecutions following road traffic accidents and other road traffic matters (including those which might lead to a driving ban) theft, assault and other criminal actions. We are also experienced in dealing with fraud and deception claims and health and safety prosecutions within a corporate environment.
