In recent years the Spinal Injuries Team have helped clients obtain damages of compensation approaching £100 million.

Current clients are claiming damages in excess of £50 million.

The following are just a few other examples of how we have helped previous clients:-

  • Two young tetraplegics, both injured in road traffic accidents, were awarded £4.57 million and £4.4 million and are now able to move forward and build new lives.

  • Despite serious doubts as to whether he would win anything at all, a young tetraplegic injured in a road traffic accident was awarded £1.5 million, allowing him to set up his own business in this country and purchase a house in Spain.

  • £2.25 million was awarded to an incomplete tetraplegic who was in the Royal Marines. He now competes in wheelchair tennis tournaments around the globe and won a medal for England at the Beijing Paralympics.

  • A young woman in her thirties sustained injuries in a road traffic accident leaving her a complete tetraplegic. She was awarded £3.25 million, enabling her to buy a house in Florida where the warm climate has helped her considerably.

  • A young paraplegic, who was training to be a paramedic, was awarded £1.75 million, thirteen months after falling during a rock climbing exercise.
