Mike qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and moved to Withy King in 2007. In his previous role in a London law firm he was responsible for developing the Landlord & Tenant practice within the Housing and Property Disputes department.

Mike's expertise includes areas such as landlord and tenant disputes, both commercial and residential, residential leasehold enfranchisement in relation to both group purchases of freehold and lease extensions, and representing private landlords in residential possession claims.

Mike also has a successful track record in preparation of high value cases for trial and obtaining judgement and orders for costs in favour of his clients.
