Alex has been with Withy King since 2001 and became a Partner in the firm in 2008. Having been originally based in the Bath office, Alex has been head of Corporate & Commercial in Swindon since 2007 .
Alex handles corporate acquisitions and disposals and advises on all aspects of commercial contracts. He has extensive experience of working with a number of technology company clients throughout the region and is a key member of the firm’s Technology and Media sector team.
In addition, Alex has developed a particular specialism acting for accountants in the sale and purchase of their practices.
Alex also provides expert advice on bespoke Articles of Association and shareholders agreements.
