Angus Williams

Angus is a qualified solicitor, having undertaken his training contract with Withy King.

He is a member of both the agricultural and rural property team and the commercial property department. With experience in both agricultural and commercial matters, he is able to offer agricultural clients specialist advice on diversification projects, as well as the more traditional aspects of farming.

He acts for a wide range of agricultural clients, including landed estates, partnerships, owner occupiers and tenants. He also offers specialist advice on the implementation of the Single Farm Payment Scheme, following the recent Common Agricultural Policy reforms.

His work within the commercial property team includes acting for both landlords and tenants in the acquisition and disposal of shops, offices and warehouses, as well acting for developers of both residential and commercial property.
