Arani Yogadeva qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and since then has developed a specialist clinical negligence practice.
Having joined Withy King in October 2008, Arani has considerable claims experience across the spectrum of clinical disciplines to include dental cases and also cases of maximum severity involving spinal injury and brain injury in children as well as adults. She has also previously defended claims on behalf of healthcare professionals giving her a rare practical insight into the parties’ competing tactics in litigation.
Arani has lectured and provided training in clinical negligence law and has been interviewed on radio regarding patient rights.
Arani has formerly provided pro-bono advice at South Westminster Legal Advice Centre as well as several branches of the Citizens Advice Bureau based in Berkshire and at the Royal Courts of Justice.
