Barry heads the Debt Recovery and Credit Control section of the Commercial Dispute Litigation team. He joined Withy King in 1976 as a Trainee and qualified in 1980.
Barry specialises in contentious commercial dispute matters including, commercial debt recovery, bankruptcy, liquidation, receivership, mortgage repossession, rescue packages, consumer problems and product liability.
He is an acknowledged expert in the field of Debt Recovery and has contributed to the White Paper which resulted in The Late Payments of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 and also the drafting of the Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims.
