Carole has in-depth knowledge and experience in the formulation and implementation of HR policy and initiatives within highly competitive manufacturing, sales and marketing environments.
She also has considerable experience of change management and a thorough knowledge of employment law and its’ practical, common sense, application in the work place.
Her experience includes working as a HR Manager for a manufacturing company in Wiltshire who employed over 400 people. Some of her clients include Icera Inc, Cosi International, Xograph Healthcare Ltd, the Atkinson Group of Companies and First Great Western.
Carole has over 20 year’s generalist experience in HR. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) level B. She founded the Bath & West Wilts CIPD Group in 2003; which she chaired for five years.
She frequently attends a number of networking events and seminars held by the CIPD, Business West, EEF, ACAS and Employment law firms.
She has a very good understanding of the issues facing companies when they have to deal with HR issues.
