Caroline Preist is recommended by The Legal 500 UK 2010.
Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 1991, moved to Withy King from a Bristol law firm in 1998 and became a partner in 2004.
She specialises in disputes involving property, both leasehold and freehold. Her recent experience includes the release of restrictive covenants to allow the development of a site, a dilapidations claim arising out of the exercise of a break option on an office block in London, and acting for the landlord on the opposed renewal of a business lease.
She successfully utilises a wide range of dispute resolution tactics including litigation, mediation, negotiation, the Lands Tribunal and the Land Registry Adjudication scheme.
Caroline is a member of The Law Society, Women in Property, and the Property Litigation Association.
