Daniela qualified as a solicitor in 2007 having completed a two year training contract at Withy King.
Daniela specialises in all areas of Family law encompassing all aspects of children work including child protection work and in particular, local authority applications to the Court for children to be placed in care representing parents, and other parties. As a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel she is also able to represent children in both public and private law proceedings.

She is also a divorce practitioner specialising in the financial issues arising on divorce and separation including pension and property matters.
With regard to all family work, Daniela strives to be practical and sympathetic in her approach to resolving family problems and where possible to resolve disputes without the need for court proceedings. She is a member of both the Law Society and Resolution (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association).
Daniela has a keen interest in the charity and advice sector and is a trustee and the Secretary of the Citizen Advice Bureau in Bristol. She is also a volunteer solicitor at the Avon and Bristol Law Centre.
She holds dual nationality and is bilingual in English and Italian and enjoys travel having a particular interest in world politics, having acquired a Masters in International Relations.
Daniela also enjoys outdoor sports such as cycling, walking and trekking and has completed mountain treks such as the Inca Trail in Peru and UK half marathons for local and national based charities.
