Partner - Oxford Residential Property Team
David qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and became a partner in the Oxford firm Marshall & Galpin in 1984. He joined Withy King as a result of the two firms' merger in September 2008.
David specialises in domestic conveyancing and advises on all aspects of buying and selling domestic property. He can also advise on joint ownership and trust deeds to regularise unequal contributions to the purchase of a property and on small developments and flat conversions.
