David heads the Corporate team whose work includes corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, company issues, commercial contracts and intellectual property. He works out of the firm's Bath (Green Park) and Oxford offices.
David has extensive experience in the sale and purchase of companies, particularly management buyouts. David qualified as a solicitor in 1985. He joined Withy King in 1995 having spent 8 years in the City and became a partner in 1997.
