David heads the Corporate team whose work includes corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, company issues, commercial contracts and intellectual property. He works out of the firm's Oxford and Bath (Green Park) offices.
David has extensive experience in the sale and purchase of companies, particularly management buy-outs. He was named a 'leader in his field' in the corporate finance sector in the 2005 Chambers directory of UK lawyers.
He also is a key member of the Technology & Media team and has significant industry expertise in the information technology sector. He has been advising one of the UK's leading providers of company information in relation to their technology and IP licensing agreements for over 15 years.
David qualified as a solicitor in 1985. He joined Withy King in 1995 having spent 8 years in the City and became a partner in 1997.
