Graham heads the construction and engineering team, which specialises in contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering law, and related professional negligence claims.
He has extensive experience of adjudication, arbitration and litigation, and is a strong advocate of mediation and other alternative dispute resolution practices.
On the project side, Graham has extensive experience of advising employers, contractors and consultants on a wide range of procurement alternatives, including standard and non-standard building and engineering contracts and appointments, PFI building contracts, and associated agreements.
Graham was elected Managing Partner of Withy King in July 2010.
