Solicitor
Judy qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and worked in the Oxford firm Marshall & Galpin. She joined Withy King as a result of the two firms’ merger in September 2008.
Judy specialises in all aspects of wills, inheritance tax planning, trusts and trust administration, powers of attorney and dealing with estates after someone has died. She is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and assists community groups supporting elderly and vulnerable people.
Judy is based in the firm’s Oxford office. The Department holds regular wills clinics in other offices on a pre-booked appointment basis.
