Katherine qualified as a solicitor in 2005 having completed a 2-year training contract at Withy King. She was promoted to Associate in 2010.
Katherine practices in all areas of Family Law including divorce, separation, financial matters, cohabitation and public and private law cases involving children.
She is a member of Resolution (formerly known as the Solicitors Family Law Association) and is the secretary and social secretary for Bath Resolution committee. Katherine is also a Resolution accredited specialist in advanced financial provision and Children Law – private. She has acted for the Official Solicitor on a number of occasions.
Katherine also practices as a Resolution trained Family Mediator, undertaking both sole and co-mediation meetings.
She is a member of the Law Society and the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children’s Bath fundraising committee group.
Katherine divides her time between our Bath and Swindon offices and also offers appointments in Trowbridge.
Her interests include playing the piano and violin and foreign travel.
