Louise Carver joined Withy King's Property & Construction department from a large Bristol practice.
Louise specialises in commercial property and has particular expertise in property development acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant, property finance and property investment. The variety of her experience ranges from multi million pound development acquisitions and property finance transactions through to smaller scale development, finance and investment transactions and in respect of commercial landlord and tenant work acting for both national and local organisations. She also has extensive experience of dealing with a wide variety of property transactions for housing associations and charities.
