Paul joined Withy King in 1993 and was promoted to Partner in 2000. He was appointed as Head of the Commercial Property Department in 1999.
He has a broad experience of commercial property transactions; including landlord and tenant work in the office, retail and leisure sectors, property development for commercial and residential use and secured lending/re-finance acting for banks. Paul also heads the firm’s Care Sector team which deals with the acquisition, disposal and re-finance of care homes, children's nurseries and retirement village developments.
Paul’s recent experience includes a large number of property transactions for pension schemes (SIPP and SSAS) and an Exempt Property Unit Trust (EPUT) and is acting for an increasing number of property owners and operators in connection with renewable energy projects including rooftop solar photovoltaic schemes.
