Paul Daniels

Paul joined Withy King in 1993 and was promoted to Partner in 2000. He was appointed as Head of the Commercial Property Department in 1999.

He has wide experience of commercial property transactions; including landlord and tenant work in the office, retail and leisure sectors, property development for commercial and residential use and secured lending/re-finance acting for banks.

Paul has acted on the acquisition and disposal of numerous retail outlets in high street and shopping centre locations and also on the sale and purchase of numerous hotels, restaurants and pubs. His experience also includes a number of property transactions for pension schemes and property support for corporate sales, acquisitions and mergers.

Paul also heads the Withy King Care Sector team which deals with the acquisition, disposal and re-finance of care homes, nursing homes, children's nurseries and retirement village developments.
