Richard Baxter joined the firm as a Partner and Head of the firm's Corporate team in Oxford in Spring 2010. He also maintains a presence in the firm's London office to tend to his corporate finance clients. Distressed and special situation deals are a current focus for Richard.
Richard's extensive transactional experience includes significant domestic and cross-border deals in the healthcare, automotive, natural resources and technology sectors. His M&A and corporate restructuring experience is complemented by a successful track record in providing operational advice and commercial drafting solutions particularly in the logistics, technology and intellectual property sectors.
