Solicitor
Roman joined Withy King in 2008 and specialises in Inheritance and Trust disputes. He acts for both claimants and defendants in claims for financial provision, contentious probate and estate administration disputes, will disputes, trust disputes and claims for professional negligence.
Roman has experience of acting for minors and mentally incapacitated clients, unmarried partners and has a particular interest in dealing with financially complex estates.
He has successfully completed his Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) diploma and is currently studying for his Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Diploma.
