Simon trained at Bevan Ashford in Bristol (now Bevan Brittan) and qualified in September 1999. After nearly 3 years with Clyde & Co in London, Simon joined Withy King in 2003.
He specialises in corporate finance and advises commercial clients across a broad range of issues, including company acquisitions and disposals, asset sales and purchases and management buy-outs.
Simon provides a significant level of advice in relation to company and commercial law, including in relation to joint ventures. He also specialises in advice relating to companies limited by guarantee, as well as those limited by shares.
