Sofia qualified as a solicitor in 2006. She handles all aspects of employment law and specialises in both contentious and non-contentious employment work, advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy and the preparation of contractual documents.
Sofia regularly writes employment articles to feature in the Employment law bulletins that are sent to clients and other interested parties. She also drafts and presents seminars and training on employment law issues.
Sofia is an Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as well as an active committee member of the Swindon Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society.
