Stephen qualified as a solicitor in 1982. After five years spent in London he became a partner in the Oxford firm Marshall & Galpin in 1988 and joined Withy King as a result of the merger of the two firms in September 2008.
Stephen has 25 years of specialist experience of both civil and commercial litigation and has previously headed both of these departments. His particular areas of specialism now are disputes arising out of both Civil and Commercial contracts, Shareholder and Partnership disputes and Professional Negligence cases. Throughout his career, Stephen has also dealt with all aspects of Licensing Law and has acted for hotel chains, breweries and individual licensees.
