Stuart joined Withy King from Clarke Willmott in March 2007, after qualifying as a solicitor in 1991. Stuart’s main areas of expertise include Catastrophic Injury work, especially spinal cord and brain injury claims. He has acted for and continues to act on behalf of many clients who have been catastrophically injured and who have multi-million pound claims. 

His 16 years of specialist expertise includes catastrophic injury work, especially brain and spinal injury, largely resulting from motorcycle accidents. He has lectured on brain and spinal injuries to a variety of audiences and has settled claims in excess of £10 million. Stuart is a member of The Law Society Personal Injury panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and the UK Acquired Brain Injury Forum.
