Tracy qualified as a solicitor in 1988, joined the Oxford firm Marshall & Galpin in 1989 and became one of the firm’s youngest ever partners in 1994. She joined Withy King as a result of the two firms’ merger in September 2008.
Tracy heads the firm’s Personal Injury department and is the Department Head for Clinical Negligence in Oxford. She specialises in claims of maximum severity, adopting a multi-disciplinary approach by liaising with the medical team, case managers, and the Court of Protection. Her particular interest is in paediatric cases (birth injury and neurological damage as a consequence of trauma/illness).
Tracy is is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine, Past-President of the Berks, Bucks and Oxon Law Society and a previous Committee member of the Oxford Medico-Legal Society.
