A relationship with a sponsor is a useful source of income for any trainer’s yard. It’s a contractual agreement that not only needs to be fair; it needs to protect your business interests.

The BHA offers its own starter agreement for yard sponsorship, but it needs careful adaptation to provide you with the best long-term deal. We have the industry knowledge and understanding to make sure any proposed sponsorship deal is not too onerous on you, and that everything is defined in black and white. Our aim is to protect your position and develop and maintain the relationship with your sponsor.
