David Atkinson
Consultant
As a consultant in the residential property team, David has over 30 years experience of helping clients with a host of residential property issues from ‘routine’ sales and purchases to complex issues of Title and joint ownership
“The decision to buy a house – for yourself or as an investment- is always a big decision no matter how many times you’ve done it before. It’s one of life’s big decisions, isn’t it? So people want to get it right first time and as quickly as possible. My job is to make that journey as smooth and swift as possible and to spot any issues that may come back to haunt them later. No one wants a risky investment. Thirty years experience of the Oxford area property market means I can guide my clients through the process with a minimum of stress and delay“
David has particular expertise in advising clients on the benefits of joint ownership and the use of trust deeds as a way of dealing with unequal contributions to the house purchase.
“You have been not only extremely efficient and thorough, but also very approachable and helpful.” [Source: Oxford client testimonial]
