Recognised widely as an excellent public speaker, Malcolm frequently delivers seminars and training sessions to clients, HR professionals and businesses on a wide range of topics.
Malcolm handles all aspects of employment law and is a keen Tribunal Advocate. His recent work includes;
- advising on three linked multiparty Employment Tribunal claims valued at around £1m brought by 70 Claimants involving complicated TUPE and trade union issues
- assisting a global technology leader for biomedical and industrial applications in defending claims for race discrimination and unfair dismissal
- guiding a large US company with a restructure of its European subsidiaries, including assessing the impact of the proposals and risk assessing the potential outcomes
- advising on the strategic restructure of a business following an acquisition by venture capitalists with a view to exit involving TUPE transfers, large scale redundancies and careful positioning with a trade union.
