Richard has over 35 years of experience in successfully resolving family law issues for clients who appreciate his calm and analytical approach.  As a qualified Collaborative practitioner and Mediator he urges couples to  overcome their disputes wherever possible without having to go to Court especially when they involve children or finances. He welcomes the new rules requiring separating couples to consider Family Mediation as a means of reaching solutions without the need for Court proceedings.
