Sarah has over 25 years experience as a commercial property specialist and her clients include regional and national retail businesses, owner managed businesses, property investors, developers and Plcs. She also acts for major lenders on secured lending work. She has a comprehensive knowledge of commercial property and she regularly advises clients on;
- the sale and acquisition of both leasehold and freehold commercial property, including shopping precincts shops and offices, industrial sites and warehouses
- commercial landlord and tenant leases, renewals and terminations
- property aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions
- high value secured lending work for banks and other lenders.
She joined Withy King in 1997 and became a partner in 2006. She previously worked in private practice for 13 years, principally for a major property investor.
