Abigail is a solicitor in the construction and engineering team with experience in drafting construction contracts and in dispute resolution.

Since joining the construction team in 2010 following qualification (after spending a year of her training time in the team), Abigail has advised clients on;

- all types of project documentation including risk analysis, procurement options, standard and bespoke contracts and sub-contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties, parent company guarantees and performance bonds
- construction payment disputes
- defective work issues
- professional negligence claims for consultants
