Eula’s is a Licensed Conveyancer and manages the 17- strong residential property team in Oxford which specialises in all aspects of residential property from first time buyers to complex property transactions. She is the first point of contact for anyone considering a sale, purchase or remortgage.

Good team work is essential to ensure a timely and cost effective result. So they have close links with local and regional estate and land agents, lenders and mortgage brokers to ensure all parties are working to a common end.
She typically advises clients on a wide range of residential property issues, including;
- Sales and Purchases – both freehold and leasehold
- Transfers of Equity
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Declarations of Trust.
Eula joined the Oxford firm Marshall & Galpin in 1997 which became Withy King as a result of the two firms’ merging in 2008.
