Greg is a solicitor in the Commercial Property team and advises clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions. He also works in connection with the transfer of businesses including pubs and restaurants.
“I joined the commercial property team when I qualified in 2007. What I enjoy the most is helping a business develop and expand its business. That might be for a start up business taking the daunting step of taking on its first commercial property or assisting a growing retail company expand its chain of store outlets. The next day I might be helping a commercial landlord find the best way to optimise occupancy of his property portfolio. The variety of perspective requires a different approach every time.”
As part of the commercial property team, Greg acts for a wide range of clients including SMEs and owner managed businesses, individual commercial landlords as well as tenants. His work includes acquiring a number of retail stores in various shopping centres, predominantly in London . He takes particular pride in being able to guide clients successfully through complex legal process and explaining documentation in layman’s terms.
