John’s commercial property experience is extensive and includes:
- landlord and tenant work in the office, retail and leisure sectors
- property development for commercial and residential use
- acquisition and disposal in retail, hotels, restaurants and pubs
- property support for corporate sales, acquisitions and mergers
- advising high net worth individuals of family property issues.
John has worked in Bath law firms and as a sole practitioner since he qualified in 1972. He joined Withy King in 2000.
