Louise Huckstep

Louise has many years experience of representing people who have suffered personal injury as a result of an accident. She is member of the Oxford personal injury team and has particular expertise in dealing with road traffic accidents and accidents at work.
“I make it my priority to get to grips with the particular needs of each client. My aim is to give practical advice at every stage, guiding them through what is understandably an anxious and frustrating time. Clients need someone to champion their cause; for example, it’s rewarding to secure payment for the client’s medical treatment from the opposing side. Without it they might not get any medical treatment and it can make all the difference.”
Her personal injury experience is comprehensive and includes;

- Securing claims due to accidents abroad or on holiday
- All aspects of road traffic accidents
- Accidents due to domestic violence.
Louise qualified in 1989 and spent her early legal career in London. She joined Oxford firm Marshall & Galpin in 1993 and moved to Withy King following the merger of the two firms in 2008.
