Rebecca Fuller
Solicitor
Rebecca joined our Oxford personal injury team in 2011 having previously trained and qualified at a leading Southampton firm.
"When someone has been involved in an accident and is dealing with the resulting medical treatment, absence from work and financial hardship, the prospect of instructing a solicitor and pursuing a claim can understandably be intimidating. With all my clients I aim to help them understand the litigation process so they feel involved in their claim and comfortable with every decision that is made."
Rebecca deals with a wide spectrum of cases including Employers Liability and Occupiers Liability. In addition to managing her own caseload she assists Ian Carrier and Richard Brooks on more complex Animals Act and Spinal Injury cases.
Here personal injury experience includes;
- Personal injury claims relating to Employers Liability
- Injury claims involving Occupiers’ Liability Claims
- All aspects of road traffic accident claims
- Complex injury compensation claims relating to the Animals Act
- Assisting clients with spinal injury claims.
