Sally is a Chartered legal executive in the Oxford residential property team and has considerable experience of all issues relating to house sales, purchases and remortgaging.
“These days house ownership seems a distant dream for many people so it’s very satisfying making that a reality. I’ve worked in residential property teams for over 35 years now so there isn’t much I haven’t dealt with in that time. It’s tough these days to get on the property ladder. For many people shared ownership is the best route to buying a home. I particularly like talking to clients about how shared ownership will allow them to buy a percentage of the property in stages and rent the remainder. It’s become a specialist area of advice for me. “
Sally has experience of dealing with all aspects of residential property in England and Wales including;
- Sales and purchases – both freehold and leasehold
- Re-mortgages
- Shared ownership advice – for buyers and Housing Associations.
Sally is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. She joined Withy King in 2008 following the merger of Oxford firm Marshall & Galpin which she joined in 1976.
