How to apply
We receive a large number of applications every year and we consider each one on it merits. On average, we attract over 170 trainee applications every year. 2010, when we received nearly 250 applications, was our busiest year so far in terms of trainee selection. Impressive for a firm with just under 250 staff!

What are your chances of securing a job at Withy King after the training contract?
Pretty high: every year, we successfully retain at least half of our trainees. In the last four years, 88% of our trainees have stayed on with the firm in permanent positions, and all trainees who qualify in 2012 have been offered and accepted qualified roles at Withy King.
Are there career progression opportunities?
There is also steady career progression post-training: six of our current associates trained with the firm, and two of them qualified as recently as 2008.
And it goes further: a large number of our partners were once Withy King trainees, and yes, that includes our managing partner.
