Misdiagnosis of cancer

Some cancers are incurable, but as modern medicine advances, there are types of cancer which have an excellent prognosis if detected early. Unfortunately, when the initial signs are missed, the window of opportunity for early treatment is lost and you may be denied the best chance of returning to health.

Sometimes a GP may not make a referral when he should; on other occasions a referral is made but a scan is misinterpreted or the significance of symptoms is misunderstood.

We have acted for clients with many different forms of cancer, from melanoma to lung cancer, and have significant experience in dealing with such cases.  Expertise is needed to deal with cancer claims, as they are highly individual, and the legal arguments and medical nuances are complex.

Our real stories show that whatever the nature and severity of your condition, our years of knowledge of dealing with misdiagnosed cancer claims means we can offer tailored advice and support.
