Barry heads up the firm’s debt recovery and credit control expertise within the commercial disputes team. He helps both individuals and companies dealing with the difficult and frustrating issues surrounding debt, bankruptcy, liquidation, mortgage repossession, business rescue, IVAs and CVAs, as well as product liability.

Barry believes in a straightforward, no-nonsense approach. He’s best known for being the lawyer who put the bailiffs into Tesco following a contaminated fuel dispute!
