Emma is in a unique position - a non-lawyer with many years experience of working within the Bath residential property and financial services market. She brings a fresh insight into the practical issues which need to be managed for work to be completed smoothly. She is able to achieve that essential balance between understanding client’s expectations alongside the needs of financial advisors and estate agents.

Whether buying or selling a home, waiting for that call to say contracts have exchanged can be a nerve wracking time. A quick call or email with a progress report, reassures the client we are in this together.”  

Emma is the ‘face’ of the Bath Residential Property team being the first point of contact for clients considering a house sale, purchase or remortgage. She ensures that you get a fee estimate early on to avoid surprises later.  She takes pride in matching each client’s needs to the team member with the most appropriate experience. 
Emma is responsible for the operational management of the Bath Residential Property Team. This includes workload delegation, ensuring the smooth progression of sale and purchase transactions,  and quality control and service delivery.  She benchmarks the team’s performance against our agreed service standards.
