Louise is a  partner in our well-established Personal Injury team and has 20 years’ experience of dealing with all types of personal injury work.

“Helping clients with their personal injury claims is all part of the rehabilitation process and helping them get their lives back. I like clients to think of me as their friend as well as their advisor who helps in finding a clear route through their difficulties. As a Mum, I’ve become particularly interested in representing children who have been injured and helping their families cope with the traumas”.

Louise has been recognised by The Law Society Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme for 15 years. She deals with claims resulting from accidents at work, road traffic accidents, occupiers’ liability accidents and accidents involving children.

Louise’s experience is extensive and includes acting for clients suffering from:

• amputation
• chronic pain
• Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)
• orthopaedic injuries
• dental injuries
• scarring
• injuries resulting in post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD) and other psychological injuries.

Louise joined Withy King in 1992 and qualified in 1994. She became a partner in the firm in 2000.
